Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Download Any Site. If it doesn't work for you, we'll make it right.
7-day refund on your first payment
If you're not happy with your first payment for a plan, email hello@downloadanysite.com within 7 days of that payment and we will refund it in full. No forms, no questions you have to answer — just tell us the email address on your account.
After the first 7 days
- You can cancel any time in Settings → Billing. You keep your plan until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- Payments for months that have already started aren't refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
- If a technical problem on our side stopped you from using the Service for a meaningful part of a month, email us and we'll look at a refund or credit case by case.
Downloads that fail
A download that fails is never counted against your plan — the download is given back to you automatically. Some websites block automated visits, so before you subscribe you can test whether a site works with our free tools.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
